Follow E39 south from Stavanger towards Kristiansand. Turn towards Sirdal / Ådneram (RV 45). Follow RV 45 till a roadsign marks the way to Lysebotn (see map). This is about a 3 hours drive from Stavanger.

Or:

Drive E 39 from Stavanger towards Sandnes. Make towards Lauvik (RV 13) when you get to Sandnes. Take the ferry from Lauvvik to Lysebotn. Car reservation can be ordered at phonenumber:
