Hauane Bed and Breakfast is an old farm, consisting of a farmhouse, a barn, and an "eldhus". We offer a good night's sleep in a made bed, a tasty traditional Norwegian breakfast, set in a rural and scenic environment.
Hauane B&B is situated in Lysebotn, at the end of the Lysefjord. 15 minutes drive from Øygardstøl, the startingpoint for the hike to Kjerag. 5 minutes drive from the harbor.

BOOKING

The Booking for 2025 season will open 15th of January 2025

We require credit card details to secure your booking, but we do not charge your card before check-in.
Payment is always performed at check-out. We accept NOK, EUR, Visa or Master Card.
Cancelation policy: No charge if the booking is canceled more than one week prior to arrival. Less than one week prior to arrival time - 50 % will be charged. If less than 24 hours prior to arrival - the reservation will be charged in full.

Farmhouse stay in stunning scenery

  • Rooms

    Single room from 1300 NOK
    Double Room from 1400 NOK
    The price includes made beds and a hearty breakfast. None of the rooms have a bathroom, but we have three new large bathrooms in an adjacent building.

  • Hiking

    Most of our guests take the hike to Kjerag. The weather in our part of Norway is unpredictable. To be certain to make the hike to Kjerag or Prekestolen, we recommend booking an extra night stay. We can give you recommendations for both longer and shorter hikes in the area. 

  • Breakfast / Lunch

    A traditional Norwegian hearty breakfast is included for all our guests. You can buy make-your-own sandwiches from the breakfast buffet for take-away lunch.

  • Relax

    Our facilities have plenty of outdoor garden space and several indoor and outdoor guest areas where you can relax, eat and enjoy your vacation. We have an outdoor kitchen with a large gas fired BBQ for guest use.

  • Sauna

    We recommend a visit to our private sauna after a long hike. It can be booked while booking your room or any time during your stay by contacting the staff
